Do we need to register again if we registered through the Road show? What more will we need to do once registration opens?
Everyone who registered for the Road Trip 2011 and WPPI U (Atlanta, GA) will receive an email. In the e-mail there is a link to activate registration and an option to register for additional programs like MasterClasses and PLUS classes, or to update their information.

When you register with a guest does your guest receive full benefits?
A free guest receives a full registration, which is the same as a paid registration (Platform classes, trade show and evening events). Plus classes, MasterClasses and WPPI University are not included in that price.

What is Pre-Board?
Platform classes are open to all Full Registration attendees. Pre-board will give you a guaranteed seat for up to 5 platform classes.  You will have the option to pick your pre-board classes during registration.

What is the WPPI Planner?
The WPPI Planner is the ONLY way to find out about who’s exhibiting and how to make the most of your visit. This powerful online tool allows you to identify WPPI exhibitors who offer the products and services you are looking for so you won’t miss seeing them face to face at the show. This interactive system also provides a matchmaking service as well as an online meeting request option to set appointments and keep track of your schedule so you can have a productive and successful trip. When you register, you will receive an
email with a link to the WPPI Planner that will allow you to use your registration badge number as both your username and password. After you log-in, update your profile so interested parties can find you.

How do you register?
Registration is currently open. You may register on our website by clicking on the “Registration” button on the top of each web page. If you would like to register via fax or mail, contact Customer Service at 508-743-8556 and 877-779-3127, Mon-Fri 9am-5pm (EST) or mywppi@xpressreg.net and request a paper registration form. Please note there is a $10 processing fee for fax/mailed registrations.

When is Print Competition judging?
February 18 -19, 2012.  All attendees with full registration pass will receive access to watch Print and Album Competition judging.  Judging will take place on third floor of MGM Grand Convention Center.

Do I need a ticket for Launch Pad, Print & Album Competition and Special Evening Events?
No tickets needed for Launch Pad, Print & Album Competition & Special Event Sessions. These events are open to all Full Registration attendees. You will not receive a ticket for these events, nor will they be listed on your Conference Pass. Admittance is given to Full Registration attendees, which will be indicated by their badge holder color.

Are children allowed at the trade show?
Minors 18 years of age and older are permitted on the trade show floor, during show hours only, when properly badged and accompanied by a properly badged and registered guardian(S). A Child Waiver must be signed by a parent or guardian and authorized by a WPPI Registration Manager for all children under the age of 18 and subject to approval by WPPI. Given the need to ensure the safety of children and to promote a business-to-business environment for attendees and exhibitors, approval is not guaranteed. If approved access, the guardian must accompany children at all times while on the show floor. Under no circumstances, will children under 18 be admitted on the trade show floor during exhibitor move-in or move out. Absolutely, no strollers are permitted on the show floor at any time.
