How to Submit Your Two-Minute-or-Less Video

1) Your video must be two minutes or less. Before you can upload your video, you must first sign up for a free YouTube membership (unless you have an YouTube account) to upload videos . When you sign up for your membership, you will also be able to do things like create viewing playlists and comment on other videos.

2) After you sign up for a YouTube membership, to upload your video, the first thing you should do is click on the "Upload Videos" icon in the upper right corner of the YouTube home page.

YouTube accepts video files from most digital cameras and camcorders, and cell phones in the following file formats:
Windows Media Video (.WMV)
.3GP (cell phones)
.AVI (windows)
.MOV (mac)
.MP4 (ipod/psp)
.MPEG
.FLV (adobe flash)
.MKV (h.264)

3) To upload your video, press the "Browse" button to locate the video file on your computer and then press the "Upload Video" button.

4) Click the "Save Changes" button to save the updates you've made to the video file. You will get a Video URL address for your video. You will need the Video URL to upload to the WPPI Contest page.

5) Go to http://www.youtube.com/group/wppicontest and click on the button "Submit a Video" on the top right of the page. Copy and paste your video address in the Video URL section, add a note underneath the URL with your studio name and Web site, then click "Post" and you're all set!

6) Remember to include your Web site address in all videos you upload to WPPI's group page (http://www.youtube.com/group/wppicontest) so it's easy for people to find you.
