Houston Photographer Raises $5000 for Local Women’s Center
Debi Gomez’ 2009 Hope Calendar project raised $5000 for the Montgomery County Women’s Center. Gomez, owner of Houston-based Life’s Images photography, started the project two years ago to raise money for worthy causes by selling the annual Hope Calendar, which features images of newborn babies and children. Since local organization underwrites the calendar’s production cost, 100% of the proceeds are donated to the current recipient.
