WPPI sponsored a video contest to award one lucky contestant a trip to Las Vegas for WPPI 2012. Contestants submitted their best 30-second take on what makes it their WPPI. Was it about education? Wedding Photography Competition

WPPI’s wedding photography competitions are the finest anywhere. The 16x20 Awards of Excellence Print Competition features 19 categories, including Wedding Photojournalism, Wedding Details, Children’s Portraiture, Groups and Family Portraiture. Twice a year, WPPI hosts the online Members Only competition with the same number of categories as the 16x20 competition. The winners of the first half competition square off against the second half winners for the honor of taking home the International Print of the Year, which are awarded in four different divisions: Wedding, Portrait, Commercial and Photojournalism.

WPPI Latest Exclusive Photographer Contest

The latest Exclusive WPPI photography contest is the 2nd Half Members Only competition, which is open to all WPPI members. Qualified members of WPPI will judge entry photographs in the competition for photographic artistry and craftsmanship. The same judging system used in the 16x20 Awards of Excellence competition is used in the Members Only and the same standards of judging excellence are applied to this competition, as well.
